Delivery Timeline
Ready-to-Ship Products
Ready-to-ship products are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
Made-to-Order & Customized Jewellery
Made-to-order, personalized, or customized jewellery pieces require approximately 15–21 business days for crafting, quality inspection, and packaging prior to dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order value and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Coverage
Emery Fine Jewels currently ships across India to all serviceable pin codes supported by our logistics partners.
In the event a delivery location is deemed non-serviceable or high-risk by our courier partners, Emery Fine Jewels reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Secure Packaging
Every Emery Fine Jewels order is carefully packed in our signature jewellery packaging and secured within tamper-evident outer packaging to ensure maximum protection during transit.
Our packaging is designed to provide a secure and premium unboxing experience while safeguarding your jewellery throughout delivery.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted logistics and courier partners to provide secure and reliable delivery services across India.
Deliveries will only be made to verified shipping addresses provided during checkout.
For security reasons, we may contact customers to verify shipping details before dispatching high-value orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email and/or SMS.
Customers can monitor the status of their shipment directly through the courier partner's tracking platform.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.
Emery Fine Jewels shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, opened, or otherwise compromised, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately.
Any transit-related issues, including damaged packaging or missing contents, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant photographs and supporting information.
Risk of Loss & Ownership
Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
Emery Fine Jewels shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after successful delivery has been completed.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Order Processing & Verification
All orders are subject to payment authorization, security checks, inventory availability, and acceptance by Emery Fine Jewels.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order in cases involving:

- Pricing or typographical errors
- Inventory discrepancies
- Payment authorization failures
- Regulatory or legal compliance requirements
In such cases, customers will be notified and any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Force Majeure
Emery Fine Jewels shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or failures of communication networks.
