Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is unused and unworn.
  • Is returned in its original packaging.
  • Includes all certificates, invoices, and accompanying materials.
  • Shows no signs of alteration or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Engraved pieces.
  • Special order products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless defective.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for another design of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photographs and order details.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
